SUBMISSION
· Please submit your abstracts via internet. Abstracts submitted via e-mail, post, or other methods will generally not be accepted.
· The conference language is English.
· Abstract submission is possible in English.
· Changes and corrections to abstracts may be made up to the submission deadline at 11.00p.m. on 1 February,2025(GMT+7).
· Ensure the citable publication of the abstracts.
· For presenting authors of accepted abstracts, registration and participation in this conference is binding.
NOTIFICATIONS (EMAILS)
· Please note that only the submitting (corresponding) author receives all abstract notifications.
Make sure that emails from apscvir2025.secretariat@gmail.com / vsir.radiology@gmail.com are not marked as spam by your email provider.
· The submitting (corresponding) author takes responsibility for informing all co-authors about successful submission, acceptance or rejection and forwards the received instructions for the presentation of the abstract to the presenting author.
ABSTRACT CONTENTS AND FORMAT
· Do not use the title or the name(s) of the author(s) in the body of the abstract. If violated, the abstract will be immediately discarded
· Please formulate clearly and concisely the questions, the methods used, the results and the conclusion of each abstract.
· Abstract titles should be concise and direct.
· Maximum length of 2500 characters (including spaces).
· Please use a minimum of formatting for abstracts. We cannot guarantee that abstracts will be formatted in the exact way as they are entered.
· Avoid using non-standard abbreviations.
FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
· Authors of accepted abstracts for poster presentations are requested to prepare their poster 130cmx60cm, in portrait orientation.
· Ensure your poster clearly presents the title, authors, affiliation, and key points of your research.
· Use visuals like graphs, charts, and images to make your poster engaging and easy to understand.
· During the poster session, please stand by your poster to discuss your work and answer questions from attendees.
WITHDRAWAL
· If you need to withdraw your abstract from the presentation or change the presenter, please send an official letter of presentation withdrawal via email to the Secretariat before January 1st ,2025 and include the abstract ID.
· Any request after this date will not be considered.
· The decision on your presentation withdrawal (and registration refund if requested) will be decided by the Organizing Committees.
NO SHOW RULE
If any of the following applies, then the abstract will be recorded as a NO SHOW and the certification of participation will not be provided.
· Abstracts that are listed in the program but are NOT presented in person.
· Abstracts that are presented by an unregistered and/or unknowledgeable author or representative.
· Abstracts that did not have a registered author or representative available and responsive to address questions.
· If you have any special requirements, inform us ahead of time.
