The Asia Pacific Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (APSCVIR) is an international organization that brings together interventional radiologists from the region, working to improve the level of clinical practice, education and research in the field of interventional radiology in the Asia Pacific Region. The society is a collaborative effort of 16 organizational members.

APSCVIR meets annually to encourage international exchange of knowledge vital to Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology among medical doctors in different territories of the Asia Pacific region.

Meet regularly to encourage international exchange of knowledge vital to cardiovascular and interventional radiology among radiologists, interventional radiologists and individuals in related fields in different countries of the Asia Pacific region.

Bring together radiologists, interventional radiologists and individuals in related fields to improve the level of clinical practice and research regarding cardiovascular and interventional radiology in the Asia Pacific region.

Support continuing education and training of doctors in each country through appropriate forums or refresher courses to further define the role of cardiovascular and interventional radiology as a subspecialty of medicine in the Asia Pacific region.
