Dr. Hai-Dong Zhu is a senior Interventional Radiologist and the vice Chair of Center of IR and Vascular Surgery, Department of Radiology, Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University in China. He focus on both clinical practice and research in IR since 2000. He further completed his training in Policlinico Umberto Iº, Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy after in China.

Dr. Zhu is active in and has extensive experiences in interventional oncology, spinal interventions, nonvascular interventions, etc. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers, presented hundreds of research abstracts at international and national meetings.

Dr. Zhu is the past Executive Member of APSCVIR, current Deputy Secretary-general of Chinese College of Interventionalists (CCI), and many national or local IR societies
