I was born in 1966 in Busan, Korea. After graduating from the Medical College of Pusan National University (PNU), I completed my training in the Department of Radiology at Pusan National University Hospital (PNUH). Since 1999, I have worked as an interventional radiologist at PNUH, and I currently serve as a professor in the Department of Radiology at the Medical College of PNU, as well as Vice President of PNUH. I am a member of the Korean Society of Interventional Radiology (KSIR) and am currently serving as President of KSIR from 2023 to 2024. Additionally, I hold memberships in CIRSE, SIR, and APSCVIR. My areas of interest include aortic, peripheral vascular, biliary, emergency, and trauma interventions.
