He graduated from Flinders University of South Australia. Dr Quek underwent radiology training in Singapore and became a fellow of Royal College of Radiologists and Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. He also obtained Master of Medicine (Radiology), National University of Singapore (NUS). As a practicing interventional radiologist, he has diverse interests in vascular, oncology, and musculoskeletal disciplines. As an educator, he is an adjunct Associate Professor in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, teaching body imaging. He is also a senior clinical lecturer with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS.
