Jung Suk Oh

Jung Suk Oh, MD, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, The Catholic University of Korea. He obtained his medical degree and certification from the National Medical Board of Korea in 2003 and became a board-certified radiologist in 2011. His professional journey includes a fellowship and faculty positions at The Catholic University of Korea, where he has contributed extensively to research and clinical practice in interventional radiology.

Dr. Oh is an active member of several professional societies, including the Korean Society of Interventional Radiology (KSIR), the Korean Liver Cancer Study, and the Korean Radiological Society. In 2025, he was appointed Secretary General of the KSIR Executive Board. His research focuses on interventional techniques in oncology and vascular interventions, with numerous publications in high-impact journals such as JVIR, Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, and the Korean Journal of Radiology.

Through his academic and clinical contributions, Dr. Oh has played a vital role in advancing interventional radiology in Korea and beyond.
