Dr. Wei-Chou Chang earned his medical degree from the School of Medicine, National Defense Medical Center, Taipei, Taiwan (1993–2000), and completed a PhD in Biomedical Imaging and Radiological Sciences at National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan (2010–2015). He served as a flight surgeon in the Air Force (2000–2002) and later as a resident and chief resident in the Department of Radiology at Tri-Service General Hospital (2002–2006). From 2007 to 2015, he worked as an attending physician and spent a year as a research fellow at the University of California, San Francisco (2013–2014). Since 2019, he has been the Department Chief of Radiology at Tri-Service General Hospital. He holds certifications in National Physician Qualification, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology.
